The CWSSL are excited to announce the development of a girls soccer centre in Cork. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be the first league in Ireland to have its own dedicated girls soccer centre. With in excess of 200 teams and 3000 girls playing soccer in our league, this will be a huge asset. With this addition we aim to increase participation rates in female soccer in Cork by up to 25%
The newly planned soccer centre will be located at Casement Park and will include:
- Full size Astro pitch
- Floodlighting(LED)
- Grass pitch
- Dressing rooms
- Covered area for supporters
- Small training/warm up area
- Ancillary to include adequate parking, fencing
